Also in our restaurant, this combination is manifested through our dishes: flavors of a lifetime that are surprising for its contemporary adaptation; fragrant aromas that transport us to other places, in other times, textures and colors combined with mastery.
For traditional lovers, always specialties: cannelloni, croquettes, Andalusian calamari, homemade puff pastry with escalivada, boneless pork feet and Iberian stuffing… As well as a wide selection of meats grilled and fish.
For adventurous and curious, we incorporate into our menu creative dishes of international avant-garde. Our specialty is the genuine entrecôte Paris Coffee, originally from Geneva, without imitation; also the salmon smoked at the time with Mesquyte wood and salt from the Himalayas, homemade foie gras, tempura with langoustine skewers in crispy coconut and bittersweet lemon, duck confit … among many delights.
